Built to stay in the paddock
Spike and handles are stainless steel. The Bluetooth receiver, depth sensor and battery sit inside the sealed T-handle — out of the dust and out of sight. One end unscrews for the USB charging port.

Each insertion logs a resistance-versus-depth series to the same GPS point as your soil screens. In TerraPortal that becomes an interactive 3D paddock view — so you can target wheel tracks, gateways and hardpans instead of ripping on a guess.
